Nail Technician

I began my working career as an elementary school teacher.  While there were some aspects of the teaching profession that I loved, at the time it just wasn’t the right fit for me.  When an opportunity arose, I switched gears completely to work in the beauty industry. 

It has been over 8 years since I made the decision to become a nail technician and I love my job.  I love sharing a workspace with women who are kind and considerate of each other.  I love meeting different people and hearing about their lives.  I love learning new things from people.  I love taking care of people.  Most of all, I love that I can be a bright spot in someone’s day. I can provide a calm and relaxing space to spend some peaceful time.

When I decided to work in this industry, I had no idea that my clients would become people that I look forward to seeing and spending time with or that I would treasure them like friends. When I say I am grateful for my clients I mean it with my whole heart.
